Welcome to our Blog!

Allison and I are so very excited to start this blog!  We met nearly 6 years ago in central Illinois and because of our exercise philosophies and our extracurricular activities, became instant friends! 
Now, we are many states away from each other and have decided to share some of our workouts.  We are far from being exercise and nutrition Nazi's (as you'll soon find out).  We like to think that we know how to distinguish that fine line between healthy lifestyles and enjoying our free time! 
Because of our experience with tight(sometimes non-existent) work budgets we have become super creative with workouts that will get RESULTS with limited equipment (if any).  Here's hoping that you'll enjoy our posts and following our blog!!!
