Warm up
Walk or jog for 3-5 minutes (around the yard, around the block, around the house)
Workout
1 minute Jumping Jacks
1 minute Squats
1 minute Push-ups
1 minute Bicycle Crunches
1 minute Backward lunges
rest for 1 minute (2 if you need) and then repeat up to 3 times.
Cool down and release the muscles with stretching.
