It's 2013!
Here's your first workout of the year from us!
Warm-Up:
Jog or march - 1 minute
Standing oblique twists - 1 minute
Plank walk - 1 minute
Do all exercises before resting
20 - mountain climbers, 13-push-ups
20 - squats, 13 - plank rows (each side)(can do squat jumps to increase intensity)
Rest 1 - 2 minutes and repeat!
Do 2-3 rounds as tolerated
