Workout 82 - Are You Working on Your Swimsuit Body?

Just checking in to make sure you are working on our swimsuit in 6 workout.  Today's workout we will have you complete the swimsuit in 6 (see below) and then do 20 minutes of some form of heart-pumping cardio you like i.e. walking, biking, running, dancing, swimming...something to get the heart rate up!


Warm up
1 min jog/march, lateral plank walk, butt kicker run, walking lunges with chest press

Click on each exercise for a video demo!!


Rest 1 minute and repeat the whole sequences 2 more times for a total of 3 sets.

Remember, part 2 of Swimsuit in 6 arrives Monday!!!
