Workout 114 - sleek, sexy arms!

This workout is designed as our compliment to Monday's leg workout.

First, warm-up and then go after sleek, sexy arms!
Warm-up: (1 minute each exercise)
Jog in place
Frankenstein kicks
Sumo Squats
Gate swingers
Clap hands in front and behind

Workout (1 minute each):

Repeat 2x (total 3 rounds)

Make modifications where necessary!
