Ask yourself these questions before determining goals:
- Why are you currently exercising or why do you want to exercise?
- What motivates you to exercise?
- What activities do you like?
- Do you enjoy exercising?
- Can you commit to regular exercise?
- How do you schedule and organize your day (including exercise)
- Do you make a reasonable effort to exercise?
- Do you avoid missing workouts?
- Do you feel good after a workout?
