Easy 100 Calorie Cuts

The link below is a great article on yahoo sharing ways to cut 100 calories at different times through out the day.  Every little bit counts!
Don't forget, the best way to know if you need to cut or add calories into your diet is to track how many you are taking in on a daily basis.  See energy balance post from last week for more details!
