equipment needed: chair
Warm-up (5 minutes)
jog or march in place
Sumo squats
clap hands in front and back
alternating lunges with hip flexor stretch
Workout:
Ladder Sequence:
1 push-up
1 sit-up
2 push-ups
2 sit-ups
3 push-ups
3 sit-ups
keep going....after you do 10 push-ups and 10 sit-ups, go back down the ladder
REST 1 - 2 minutes and then do the circuit below 3x
Circuit (Complete 3x):
Lateral hops (envision an imaginary line and hop over it side-to-side (1 minute)
Tricep dips (1 minute)-- using a chair
Mountain climbers (1 minute)
Bicycle crunches (1 minute)
